A Gentleman of undoubted veracity, who arrived in this place on Sunday, has politely favored us with the following information.

"An express passed through the town of Abington, in Virginia, On Saturday the 23d of April, on his way to New-Orleans, which appeared from a printed hand bill, was charged with orders from the King of Spain, to the Governor of that place, to restore to the citizens of the United States, all the rights that they had enjoyed, in consequence of the treaty between Spain and America."
