Wife of Accused Barber Visits Him in Jail.
PHILADELPHIA. Nov. 30.-Mrs. Charles F. Kelly. wife of ex-Speaker Kelly. of St. Louis House of Delegates..who is under arrest here, charged with bribery in connection with a municipal lighting bill, arrived here to-day.'She was met by friends and at once taken to the Central police station in City Hall, where she had a six hours' talk with her husband. Mrs. Kelly will remain here until her husband is taken west. It is expected the prisoner will be extradited and taken to St. Louis within the next few days.
