MEN CHARGED WITH ILLEGAL LIQUOR SALES

INTRODUCE, SELL LIQUOR ON RESERVATION: BAIL SET AT $1,000; ONE MAN CHARGED WITH SECOND OFFENSE.

Three arrests were made by U. S. Special officer M. S. Graham, with the co-operation of the Poplar police. Waldo Davis and Ted Winslow. Morris Belgard was arrested, charged with Sec. 241 and 244, introduction and selling of liquor on the Reservation. Bail was set at $1,000, and he is to appear at the next term of Federal Court.

Edwin Trim was charged with Section 244, introduction of liquor on an Indian Reservation. He is to appear at the next term of Federal Court and bail was set at $1,000.

Albert Wakan was arrested on a second offense, for sale of liquor on an Indian Reservation. His bail was set at $1,000 and he is to appear at the next term of Federal Court.
