Hurt in Fall From Wagon.

Owen Carpenter, well known citizen of near Wideman, received right painful injuries to his back and sides, and barely escaped more serious injuries, Friday afternoon at this place, when he fell from his wagon. He had just gotten into the wagon when the team started, and in reaching for the lines lost his balance and fell from the springseat to the ground, one wheel passing over him. Examination showed that he suffered no broken bones, but he was badly bruised. Mr. Carpenter is remaining at the home of J. W. Hammett until he recovers sufficiently to return to his home.
