From the Aurora

"IT appears, that there is a paper published in some part of Virginia, called the RECORDER,' and its Editor is James Thomson Callender, author of 'The Prospect Before Us,' and it is said, that the author of that paper and book, become the panegyrist of Timothy Pickering. As we have only heard those things, and have not seen the papers, nor received any positive assurance of the facts, we forbear further remarks; but if any friend to the southward will favor us with a communication or the papers and suitable information on the subject, we shall be obliged---and then know what to say---as we can on that subject say perhaps a little in point."
