FIRE ABOARD SHIP: AID IS BEING RUSHED
One Steamer Is Standing by-Two Cutters Hurrying to Scene

SEATTLE, May 11.-Fire starting in the engine room, has disabled the wooden motorship Boobyalla, near Discovery Island, Strait of Juan de Fuca.
The crew of 30 men aboard are fighting the flames.
The Princess Kathleen is standing by to take the crew off if needed.
The cutters Haida and Snohomish are enroute and the tug Goliath has gone to the aid of the motorship.
The machinery is disabled and the pumps apparently useless. The batteries are also out of commission.
