TO LEAVE COPPER COUNTRY
TWO WELL KNOWN PHYSICIANS
PLAN TO LOCATE ELSEWHERE SOON.
Announcement has been made that the copper country is soon to lose two of its most popular young physicians, Dr. W. E. Wiley of Osceola and Dr. E. O. Krueger of Ahmeek. Both plan to leave the copper country permanently about Oct. 1.
Dr. Wiley, who has been in charge of the Osceola medical department for the past two years, will leave about Oct. 1 for Chicago where he will visit prior to going to Sullivan, Ill., where he will locate. According to present plans, Dr. Wiley and a friend will make the trip from Calumet to Chicago and then to Sullivan, Ill., in Dr. Wiley's automobile. The trip should prove a very pleasant one at this season of the year.
Dr. Wiley has won many friends since coming to Osceola to succeed Dr. S. I. Lee and his departure will cause regret among his many friends. Dr. I. R. Kirton of Phoenix, who has been located in Keweenaw county for an extended period probably will succeed Dr. Wiley at Osceola.
Dr. Krueger who has practiced at Ahmeek for the past four years plans to leave about Oct. 1 for his former home, Michigan City, Ind., where he likely will locate. Dr. Krueger is very popular in the copper country and his friends will learn of his contemplated departure with regret.
