Full Text

It seems, by the computation of a French writer, that the representatives of the electoral colleges, when they convene at Paris, to discuss the new constitution will amount to 8 or ten thousand men. The writer shrewdly asks, how such a mass can be accommodated--how any discussion can be carried on? Bonaparte will, we presume, find no difficulty in answering such a question. He is in want of soldiers, and it would not be at all surprising, if every man in this convention was compelled to march to the lines.
