Heads Press Meet
J. Roy Parker of Ahoskie, president of the North Carolina Press Association, who will preside over the sessions of the tenth Newspaper Institute to be held at the University of North Carolina and Duke University next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Mr. Parker is publisher of several weekly papers in Eastern North Carolina.

Carl C. Council, publisher of the Durham Herald-Sun Papers, and vice-president of the North Carolina Press Association, will preside over a group meeting of the North Carolina dailies at the North Carolina Newspaper Institute at Chapel Hill Thursday afternoon.
