Full Text

Minneapolis, Dec. 9. The Minnesota supreme court is under rapid fire. The decisions rendered by that honorable body for the past six years have aroused the ire of Minneapolis attorneys and they have decided to take drastic measures.

Francis B. Hart, 721 Metropolitan building, one of the most prominent and well-known attorneys in Minneapolis, has taken the initiative steps in proceedings that undoubtedly will cause a sensation in legal circles. In a letter addressed to Charles M. Start, chief justice of the supreme court of this state, Mr. Hart has set forth certain grievances, which would in themselves practically constitute articles of impeachment of the members of the court. The accusation is in all particulars, a legal declaration against the proceedings of the present court. It sets forth that decisions have entirely violated all laws of precedent.

Mr. Hart, who has watched the working of the court with great interest during the past, took steps last November to pave the way for the present proceedings.
