Sentences.-Judge Abell delivered sentences in the following cases:

Thomas Coolahan and Hugh Bradley convicted of burglary and larceny, each get three years in the Penitentiary.

Joseph Parker, larceny, one year Penitentiary.

Peter Dicker, larceny, Parish Prison, three months.

Louis Martin pleaded guilty to assaulting and battering James Griffin, Jr., and paid a fine of twenty-five dollars.

Ben Pompey, a lad, larceny of $150 worth of goods from Mrs. Hogan, five months Parish Prison.

Felix Martin, larceny in stealing two ice cream freezers from P. B. Pederson, four months' Parish Prison.

Louis Allen, who plead guilty to larceny having stolen, on the second of May, one caddie of tobacco, from W. Van Benthuysen, one year in the Penitentiary.

Julia Taylor, who stole, on the eleventh of May, goods valued at about $250 from Mrs. E. Tropat, pleaded guilty, and was remanded for sentence.

John Vandegraft, convicted of manslaughter, was not sentenced, although the proper amount of legal delay has passed.
