THE VIRGINIA TORY CONVENTION has been in session at Wheeling. An ordinance was passed repudiating the Virginia Convention and State authorities and providing for the election of a new Governor and reorganizing the State Government.

The abolitionists are aiding this movement with men and money. What a pity Carlile, Andrew Johnson and others, were not caught and hung.

Wheeling, June 21.—The Convention was occupied all to-day in signing the Declaration. Pierpont was elected Governor formally inaugurated. A full Governor's Council was also elected, and the elected Governor and Daniel Paisley Lieut. Governor.
