Hits Vote Scheme
In response to the recommendation of Gov Talmadge, and the current consideration by the Legislature to ratify a voter's qualification law, Dr William M Boyd, President of the State NAACP, declared "the people of Georgia in general, and the Negro in particular, should be aroused at the attempt."
The leader issued his challenge in a recent release to the press with claims that a few politicians are attempting to set up little kingdoms over which they may reign in perpetuity in total disregard of the wishes of the people.

"BLOC VOTING SIMPLE"
The explanation of the so-called bloc voting among Negroes is simple he stated Negroes have had attacks on them candidates deliver them dumb human beings-This out by asking race out of politics column. One that does little say Negroes will vote half he same way as any other citizen likely true to lever with the constitution and the democratic way of life should accept the inevitable and devise ways and means for a more wisely and intelligently opportunity toward the responsibility of citizenship, he asserted.
He added: "A truce must be declared. We must, all of us, unite. The time has come when we must realize that unless we can protect the right to vote for everyone, it will be unnecessary to worry about how to vote."
