The Valley And The West.—The Valley, the Southwest, and the Trans-Alleghany regions from the accounts we daily receive, will tell a glorious tale on the day of election. In short, Sam is among the mountains,
'Moving in a mysterious way,
His wonders to perform.'
The West will surprise herself and astonish everybody else. Flournoy, Beale and Patton, are moving ahead in all that section, and they are supported with the utmost zeal and enthusiasm.
