Yesterday being the Anniversary Day, appointed by the Royal Charter for the Election of His Majesty's Councellors, the following Gentlemen were chosen viz.
The Honourable, Thomas Hutchinson, John Osborne, Benjamin Lynde, Samuel Danforth, Samuel Watts, Andrew Oliver, Isaac Royall, John Erving, James Bowdoin, Thomas Hancock, Thomas Hubbard, Israel Williams, Harrison Gray, John Choate, James Russell, Thomas Flucker, Nathaniel Ropes, Timothy Paine, John Cushing, George Leonard, Gamaliel Bradford, James Otis, John Hill, Nathaniel Sparhawk, William Brattle, Benjamin Lincoln, and Peter Oliver, Esquires.
One Hundred and Fifteen Persons are Return'd to serve as Representatives from the several Towns for the Ensuing Year; Thirty Six of which Number was not of the House the last Year.
