BOSTON, FEBRUARY 21.

Regency of England.

The last Philadelphia Freeman's Journal, states, "That a letter had been received in that city, from London, announcing that the Regency had gone into operation." [We are sorry that the Editor should give this report, without annexing the date of the letter, said to have contained the news. Our dates are to the 6th of January, at which time the principles of the Regency Bill had not been settled. If this letter is not of later date, the intelligence must be premature, &c.]
