Charged on two counts of assault with intent to murder. Phil Davis was given a total of ten to twenty years on the stabbing charges in Judge Humphries court Thursday.
Paris was sentenced to serve five to ten years for the stabbing of Patrolman C. M. Hayes, when the latter sought to arrest him for stabbing Jon Porter, of rear 131 Harris street, northeast.
He was given an additional five to ten years for the stabbing of Porter. Investigation into the Davis case was conducted by Homicide Detectives Eigler and McCrary.
