—The Democracy of Lawrenceburg have organized a Club with the following qualifications for membership: Any resident voter of Lawrenceburg township may become a member of the Club, who will subscribe to this constitution and by laws, who is in favor of maintaining the Constitution and the Union as originally established, of retrenchment and reform in the management of the State and National Governments, is opposed to the fanatical, unconstitutional and profligate policy of the present Administration, is opposed to the doctrines of secession and abolition, and favors the reconstruction of the Union upon the basis of the Federal Constitution.
