CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 10. Some Russian merchantmen have within these few days been taken, the cargoes condemned, and the crews confined with the other prisoners of war: At first there was some regard held as to the property of the French and English--but now all considerations of that kind are passed over and every thing that is found in the captured ships, is confiscated. On the 7th, four heads were brought from Albania and exposed on the gates of the Seraglio--and amongst them was that of Mahmut Bacha's brother.
