CHARGED WITH FENCE CUTTING.

Resulting from a Misunderstanding in Property lines.

John Julian, a farmer of the Medina, was brought to the city yesterday by Deputy Sheriff Ed. Morin. He had been arrested on a capias, charging him with fence cutting. The complaint was made by William Kuehn. They are neighbors and there seems to be some misunderstanding as to the lines of their property. The indictment charges Julian with destroying a fence which is not on his property. Julian gave recognizance before Judge Green yesterday in the sum of $1,000, with John Kenney and B. Bywaters as sureties.
