Warsaw, Oct. 18. The election of deputies to the Diet has not been so quiet as could have been wished. In the Palatinate of Russia there was some blood spilt. In the Palatinate of Warsaw, twenty gentlemen got in, through the vestry, into the church, where the election was to be held, by day break, and chose the two deputies. When the other electors came, they found that all was over. No less than 108 manifestos have appeared on this occasion. The party who made the election maintain that it is valid, as no hour was fixed for it, but the day only.
