Horthy Nabbed By Yankees

WITH U. S. SEVENTH ARMY, May 2. (UP)—Admiral Nicholas Horthy, former regent of Hungary, and two German field marshals were revealed Tuesday to be in the hands of American Seventh army forces.

The field marshals captured by Lt. Gen. Alexander M. Patch's army were Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb and Wilhelm List. Both commanded large German forces in the Polish, French and Russian campaigns.

Horthy was found at Weilheim in southwest Germany. He was placed in protective custody. Troops of the 36th division found him at Waldbichl Castle on the northern fringe of the Austrian Tyrol. He was reported in good health.
