BEAUTY HINTS
by NINA TEMPLE
GIVE YOUR SKIN AN AIRING
Since the whole body is covered with skin, it is necessary to give it a thorough airing now and then for your health and beauty's sake. About once a week remove all of your clothing and walk about the room allowing the air to circulate about you. If convenient, it is well to find some spot where the sun can reach you and allow the medicinal rays to play upon every part of your body. These exercises will give you renewed pep, vigor and strength. Do this for your beauty's sake.
