Bootblacks Cause Excitement in Church Street in Dispute Over Money.
John and Frank Coliveros, cousins, who reside at 70 Congress avenue, and both of whom are employed as bootblacks in a Church street emporium, caused considerable excitement in the shop early last evening by engaging in a fight over money matters.
The cousins were going at it at a great rate when Detective Dunlap, who was walking along Church street, saw the crowd which was quickly collecting and heard the cries of the contestants. He entered the arena and placed both the principals under arrest on a charge of breach of the peace. The cousins made counter claims to the detective of having been robbed one by the other, and the matter will be threshed out in the city court this morning. The cousins are young boys.
