Husband's Divorce

OLYMPIA, Wash., Oct. 3.—The supreme court has decided against Mrs. Blanche C. Turner in her efforts to set aside the divorce obtained by her husband and to secure a new distribution of the Turner property. The action attracted much attention when it was commenced in Spokane four years ago.

Colonel W. W. D. Turner, brother of ex-Senator George Turner, is well known in Spokane, having made a fortune in the Le Roi and other mining ventures.

Colonel Turner has since his divorce married Mrs. Carrie Clough of Spokane and has been living in Montana, but is now a resident of California.
