For several years an association has existed among the young men of this place, whose object it is to establish a good Library for the use of all who become members, and they have succeeded in obtaining quite a number of most excellent works. On last Tuesday evening the amateur musical talent of Westminster, gave a concert for the benefit of the Library fund, at Odd Fellows' Hall, which was largely attended by an appreciative audience. The entertainment was an excellent one, and where all did so well, it would be invidious for us to specialize. Some of the performances would bear a comparison with more pretentious professional efforts. We understand it is their intention to give another concert shortly, which we are sure will be welcome news to many.
