Merry May hath pleasant days and dreamily they glide,

As if they floated like the leaves upon a silver tide.

The trees are full of crimson buds, the woods are full of birds.

And the waters flow in tune with pleasant words.

Mrs. Herbert Lyon of Rumford Falls and daughter Mary have been spending the past week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Bartlett.

Miss Florence Nutting of Washburn recently visited Mr. and Porter Farwell and family.

Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Mills of West Bethel recently visited at H. E. Bartlett's.

Mrs. J. M. Bartlett is adding a story to the old and shed of her house, and making another room for her own use.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bartlett are working for Mr. and Mrs. Z. W. Bartlett.

Miss Mary Swan, who has been spending several weeks with relatives here, has returned home to South Paris.

Miss Repa George, of Looke's Mills, is teaching the spring term of school here and boarding with Mr. and Mrs. Guy Bartlett.

Miss Rhoda Bartlett is working for Mrs. W. G. Holt and attending school.
