Russian Victory at Plevna.

London, Sept. 10.—The Russians have won a great victory at Plevna. On Thursday batteries were erected on the heights surrounding the Turkish fortifications. Friday and Saturday were devoted to bombarding the Turkish positions. Saturday the Russians occupied the heights of Plevna, the village of Aschitza, etc. The Russian centre and right wing had at that time approached within 1000 or 1400 yards of the Turks. A general attack made yesterday resulted in a complete rout of Osman Pasha's forces. Twenty thousand Turks advancing to aid Osman Pasha are said to have been intercepted below Nirski.
