Arrest of Another Express Robber. Officer A. M. C. Smith arrived in New York on Monday evening, having in custody an individual named Charles J. Morris, alias Mortgage, whom he arrested in the western part of Indiana, on a charge of having been concerned with Dr. Hatch, in robbing the agent of Livingston, Wells & Co., of a trunk containing $35,000 on the 23d of October last. Mr. G. E. Pomeroy, late a member of the firm of Livingston, Wells & Co, accompanied officer Smith on his journey to Indiana, where they found the accused living in splendid quarters.--Bee
