EDWARD N. BEEBOUT, Esq. of the Erie & Pittsburgh Road, has been appointed Resident Engineer of the A. & P. Road, in this place, to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Mr. H. A. SCHWANECKE. Mr. BEEBOUT will have, among other things, charge of the work at the harbor. He is a gentleman of experience, and well spoken of, and we doubt not will be found by all having business with the engineer's or construction department, a fair and pleasant man to do business with.
