WHEREAS many Persons are of such contracted, grovelling and mean Dispositions, as not to be Willing to Purchase a News-Paper; though at a trifling Expence, yet are for engrossing and covering their Neighbours; and many Complaints have been made by our distant Customers, that they scarcely see one Paper in a Month--we should be obliged to those Persons who have the care of the Several Bundles, that they deliver to none but such as they can confide in and should be further obliged to them, to let us know the said Impropers, that their Names may be finish'd. Woe to Thieves.
