Hague, Dec. 27. General Smissaart set out Yesterday, in order to go and take upon him the Command of a Body of 6000 Dutch Troops that are marching towards the Lower Rhine.

This Corps will be join'd by 8000 Hanoverians, 8000 Austrians, 6000 Munsterians, and 2000 of the Elector of Cologn's Troops, making together 33,000 Men, to whom will be join'd 7000 Hanoverians that are coming from the Electorate. This Army is to assemble in the Archbishoprick of Cologn.

The Estimate of the War for the next Year will be sent to the several Provinces in two or three Days.

We are likewise told that some of the British Forces will be order'd away to the Frontiers of Westphalia.
