Foreign Intelligence.

The following late intelligence was received by the Elizabeth, Capt. Stonehouse, from Cork.

VIENNA, Feb. 27.

We learn by letter from Venice, that the Turkish squadron, which has been at anchor since the beginning of January, in the small Gulf of Cattaro, sailed out of it the 6th inst. The Pacha of Negropont, who commands it, caused it to be reported at first, that he was going to quit the Adriatic: notwithstanding which he was seen cruising on the 12th off the island of Melida, opposite Scutari. We are still ignorant of the design of the Turks in this cruise, but probably they only come to prevent any Russian privateer from sailing from the port of Trieste.
