Madrid, March 9. Tho' our Woollen Manufactures go on very prosperously, yet it is apprehended we must wait several Years before we shall stand in no longer Need of Foreign Markets, especially for cloathing the Army. A Register Ship from the Island of St. Thomas is arrived at Cadiz, with 700,000 Piasters. The French Embassador has had lately several close Conferences with our Ministers, relating to the last Express from his Court. The Directions for building new, and repairing old Ships, are executed with great Alacrity in all the King's Ports.
