The steamer United States, at New York from Chagres, brings accounts of very disorderly conduct, at Jamaica, of the new U. S. recruits. At Chagres they appeared to be equally disorderly. A passenger per El Dorado, from Chagres, states that on the arrival of the Falcon in that port, the authorities, strongly offended by the conduct of the American soldiers—and the officers of the ship were compelled to engage boats to take them to Navy Bay, and, as might be expected, they continually annoyed the boatmen, who returned such of them on board as were disposed to be offensive, and more peaceable men were put in their stead, until by dint of coercion and persuasion, they all landed on the Bay. Information was despatched to Panama, to be prepared to receive them, stating, at the same time, the dispositions of the visitors. It was reported that the military were under arms, in case their assistance was required. It is said the majority of them arrived in Panama half stripped of their clothing, having parted with it to procure spirits, &c
