WEDNESDAY MORNING, JANUARY 30, 1828.
New-Brunswick in relation to the disputed boundary, is now on his return to Washington, having been accredited and favorably received by the authorities of that Province. There seems to be no disposition in the House of Representatives to proceed to any business until Mr. Chilton's motion shall have been settled. By a reference to the Congress Proceedings it will be seen that the debate upon this subject continues with much spirit and freedom.
