IT KILLED 'EM!—The federal papers in New Hampshire are making bitter complaints respecting the result of the election in that State. The Concord Courier scolds the party leaders as follows:

"They knew that they were taking a course in regard to the present war, in which the country is unfortunately engaged, which was separating the greater portion of the old war democrats from the whig party—they knew they were asked, yea implored, in the name and for the sake of the whig party, to pause in their mad career,"
