Arrival at Memphis—The Natchez 10 Miles Behind.

MEMPHIS, July 2.—The Lee arrived at 11:05 and departed at 11:06, losing one minute. The Natchez was in sight about ten miles behind the Lee. There is an immense crowd on the bluff and the excitement is intense.

Cannon, Bonfires and Cheers.

MEMPHIS, July 2.—The Natchez arrived 12:09 and departed at 12:19, losing 10 minutes. She is one hour and four minutes behind Lee.

The friends of the Lee are jubilant in the extreme, and are offering odds of ten to one.

Both boats were saluted with cannon, bonfires and cheers.
