Chicago, Nov. 1.--The Free-State prisoners at Lecompton have published an address to the American people. They state that they are confined in a small loathsome prison, under guard of the militia recently enlisted; and that they are unable to procure medical assistance or sufficient food or clothing.
Wm. Bowles, a Free-State man, from St. Charles, Missouri, has died since his arrest, and it is feared that several others will survive but a few days unless immediately relieved. The address is signed by 81 prisoners formerly belonging to Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa.
