Woman's Fate Up To Court

PHOENIX, Ariz., Nov. 22.—(U.P.)—Fate of Winnie Ruth Judd, convicted blonde murderess of her friend, Mrs. Agnes Anne Le Roi, rested with the Arizona supreme court today.

The tribunal yesterday took under advisement her appeal for a new trial as presented by six attorneys who attacked the trial judge's action in not including a self-defense verdict in his instructions to the jury.

At least two weeks are expected to intervene before the supreme court begins deliberation.
