Full Text

Brattleboro people seldom have the privilege of hearing a more finished and pleasing concert, or one which exhibits so great a variety as that rendered by the Tuxedo trio of Boston at the Wheel club's ladies' night Tuesday day. All three of the performers are good soloists, but in the concerted numbers the instruments were perfectly fused and the renditions came like the playing of a single big instrument. The first part was largely classical music, and the second part was devoted to the so-called popular airs, and several selections were given at the request of the people in the audience. The trio includes D. Francis Ramseyer, sub-bass guitar; E. G. Voors, mandolin; Burt C. Reese, violin.
