Newbern, in North-Carolina, Aug. 23. SINCE our last arrived at Cape Look out Bay, in a distressed condition, a Spanish Snow having on board the crews of two register Ships, which were cast away on the Bahama Banks, on their passage from the Havannah to Old Spain. They have saved all the Money that was in the Register Ships (an immense sum) which the Snow has on board. The Snow has since been refitted, and sailed for Spain, having left behind about a hundred (out of 190) Spaniards, some of whom are gone to Virginia. The only person of distinction among them, who is a Brigadier General, who goes to Philadelphia next, and intends making the tour of the continent. He has with him 20,000 dollars. There were four English prisoners, who were taken in the illicit trade on the Spanish coast.
