Accounts from Port Louis, (Tobago) of April 17, mention all is tranquility here-we have the pleasing prospect of an abundant crop--the difficulties in Martinique are fast subsiding, order takes the lead of anarchy, and the commissioners (who are much respected here) will, it is supposed, be enabled in a short time to establish harmony thro' all the French colonies, and enforce due obedience to the acts of the national assembly.--Captains Miller and Rollins, are still here,--The brig Watson, from Baltimore, arrived here yesterday, and a schooner from Amboy -On Friday and Saturday, arrived three French vessels, one with jury masts they bring accounts from France, that there was an attempt at Marseilles to effect a counter-revolution, that the mob had substituted the white cockade. - All French vessels here wear the national flag.
