SIX INJURED WHEN AUTO ENGINE HITS CARRIAGE

[From a Staff Correspondent.]

TRENTON, N. J., June 21.—Six persons were injured, one painfully, early last night when an automobile fire apparatus crashed into a carriage and threw it against another vehicle, killing the horse instantly, at Morrisville.

Howard Scarborough, of near Morrisville, sustained contusions of the left leg, bruises about the head and body and besides had a gold tooth knocked from his jaw.

Scarborough's young son and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George Scudder, of Trenton Junction, and a young woman friend of the latter were all slightly hurt and badly shaken up.

All were treated by Dr. Arthur Wareham, of Morrisville.
