Big Blaze In Troy.

Troy, N. Y., Nov. 4.-Fire which started on the Citizens' line pier at 10:50 o'clock last night spread over the greater part of the business block to the east, and several of the largest business houses in Troy were burned. The Western Union telegraph office was burned down, and its wires and those of the Associated Press are down, and the Troy Record, a morning newspaper, was compelled to vacate its quarters and seek the assistance of other newspapers in getting out its morning extra. The loss is estimated at over $500,000.
