The Siamese Boys are exhibiting in New-York. While in this city (Philadelphia) a person squeezed the hand of Chien so hard as to hurt him. He drew his other hand, and gave the squeezer such a slap on the cheek as to stagger him. The man went to a magistrate, and applied for a warrant, for the assault and battery. "I will grant you a warrant," said the magistrate, "for Chien, but you must not on that warrant arrest Teng ; if you do you will subject yourself to a prosecution for a false imprisonment." The prosecution was abandoned.-Democratic Press.
