Full Text

We hear little of Interest from the Indians in addition to what we have already published. The Nation, we believe, has become entirely tranquil all alarm having subsided, and the warriors mostly returned to their homes. They say they are satisfied with what they have done, and wish to shed no more blood. A full pardon has been granted the remaining chiefs who signed the treaty, on conditions of their returning home and behaving themselves for the future. They are represented as being friendly and civil to travellers.

The adherents of McIntosh, to the number of about three hundred, including men, women, and children, have fled into the limits of Georgia - Roley McIntosh, brother of the deceased chief, we understand has been chosen to fill the station in the tribe Gen. McIntosh formerly occupied-

A Talk was lately held by the chiefs of the McIntosh party, and the result thereof despatched to the executive of Georgia, we know nothing of the subject it relates to.
