Humphrey H. Leavitt to be Judge for the District of Ohio, in the place of Benjamin Tappan, rejected by the Senate.
Charles Howard, Elisha Tinneny, and Levi Elyagen, to be Directors of the Bank of the United States, in the place of Joseph White, Sand Alcy, and Roberts Vaus, who decline the appointment.
