Circuit Court Opens Mar. 1 With Trial of Rape Case
The Spring Term of Circuit Court will convene here next Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock in the court room of the court house with one criminal case set for trial that day and six others pending and awaiting assignment of trial dates by the Judge.

The case set for Tuesday is that of the State of Florida vs. Jasper W. Bronson, Jr., of Coleman, who is charged with the alleged "rape" of a 23-year-old Lacoochee mother last September. He was arraigned last week and entered a plea of "not guilty."

Circuit Judge Truman G. Futch, of Tavares, will be the presiding magistrate and Sam Buie, State Attorney, from Ocala, will handle the prosecution.

(3) Charles Dean and Eulian Deen, charged with "grand larceny."

(4) Peter Mihal, charged with "breaking and entering"

(5) Mary Croft, negro, charged with "murder" of her husband several months ago.

(6) Lee King Ferguson, charged with "grand larceny."
