Williamsburg, Virginia. Feb. 19

We are now to hear of many arrivals. The
No hiring news has transpired since our
last. Advice of all sorts of merchandise increases
Rushing to a great part of the community.
Particularly corn, flour, &c. which is very
daily, as well as of every accessory of life,
at present, take into consideration what claims
this state will on Thursday the 4th of
March. We fear the general assembly

With the liberties and safety of the inhabi-
tants the late proprietaries are incompatible
[interests] of this State.
